Responsibilities:
- Optimize & Validate: Refine biochemistry/tissue assays and reagent workflows for the Pyxa™ product line, ensuring high-quality results across various tissue samples.
- Execute Experiments: Run validation studies for Stellaromics products, focusing on precision, reproducibility, and detailed documentation.
- Feedback Integration: Act as a technical bridge between marketing and R&D to optimize product features based on internal and user adoption data.
- Multimodal Data Processing: Interpret results from a wide range of modalities, including spatial transcriptomics, translatomics, and traditional H&E/immune-staining.
- Collaborator Support: Assist in technical communications with academic and industry partners to drive product excellence.
Qualifications:
- BS/MS in a relevant scientific discipline (Chemistry, BioE, Cell/Molecular Biology).
- Strong technical background in biochemistry and microscope-based imaging.
- Experienced in lab instrumentation and software-based data analysis.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and capable of mastering new technologies quickly.
- Effective team player who thrives in cross-functional environments.
- Plus: Hands-on experience with RNA-FISH or IHC protocols.
- Must be able to work onsite full-time.

The pay range for this role is:
65,000 - 80,000 USD per year (Boston)
