Steno is growing! We’re looking for a Director of Demand Generation to join our winning team, which is revolutionizing the court reporting industry every single day. We’re a diverse team from all over the country (and beyond) and we’re crazy about redefining the boundaries of an outdated industry.

In this role, you will be responsible for the strategy and execution of our marketing programs that ultimately drive the marketing contribution to pipeline. These programs include outreach, lead generation, optimization and analysis through a variety of sources and channels.

Who are you?

We’re looking for an accomplished demand generation or growth marketing leader who has built and managed demand generation, lead generation, and account-based marketing efforts across online and offline channels. The ideal candidate has experience growing a program from minimal tools through full-fledged motions.

On a regular basis you will 

  • Manage multi-channel growth strategy, including advertising, experiential and field, content syndication, lead nurturing, and print

  • Lead campaigns focused on demand generation, including strategy for the short term and long term across multiple ICPs and inbound and outbound motions

  • Launch integrated campaigns across multiple paid and unpaid channels, including paid search, programmatic, paid social, print/mail, out-of-home, and email

  • Partner with RevOps to measure and track various growth components along with providing the necessary support needed for broader marketing initiatives

  • Properly forecast growth across channels and at conversion level in conjunction with marketing and sales leadership

  • Work closely with the sales, content, and product teams to align demand generation efforts with overall business objectives and ensure cohesive messaging

  • Regularly report on revenue-focused marketing performance and insights to senior leadership

You’re gonna crush it if

  • You have 7+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or related roles

  • You have experience working in startup environments, building marketing campaigns and programs from the ground up

  • You have experience generating leads using various online and offline channels

  • You are proficient in using marketing automation tools and Hubspot 

  • You have strong leadership and team management skills, with a collaborative and results-oriented approach.

  • You have exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions


Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary - $135k -$165k
