Steno is growing - and we’re hiring a Director of Revenue Operations to join our mission-driven team that’s redefining the court reporting industry. We’re a diverse team from all over the country (and beyond), and we’re crazy about redefining the boundaries of an outdated industry.

As Steno’s Director of Revenue Operations, you’ll report directly to the Vice President of Revenue Operations and play a pivotal leadership role across our GTM engine - driving strategic alignment between sales, marketing, and post-sales operations. Your work will directly impact growth enabling operational excellence, optimizing systems and processes, and delivering data-driven insights to guide decision making.

You’re a strategic thinker and builder with a strong foundation in Revenue Operations and a proven track record of scaling GTM systems, processes, and teams. You’re as comfortable diving into data as you are driving cross functional initiatives or sharing insights to executive leadership. You know how to balance big-picture strategy with the details that make it all work. You thrive in fastpaced environments, love solving complex problems, and bring energy, clarity, and leadership to everything you do.

On a regular basis you will 

  • Own and lead day to day Revenue Operations across sales, marketing, and customer success - ensuring alignment and efficiency across all GTM teams.
  • Drive CRM and GTM tech stack optimization (HubSpot and related ecosystem), ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and scalability.
  • Build and maintain reporting and dashboards that surface actionable insights on funnel performance and revenue trends.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives that improve client acquisition, retention, and overall GTM effectiveness.
  • Identify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and best practices to increase operational efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, training, and change management strategies for Rev Ops tools and workflows
  • Manage, mentor, and grow junior Rev Ops talent as the team scales.

You’re gonna crush it if

  • Have 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales/Marketing Ops, or related roles with experience in high-growth and fast paced environments
  • Are a HubSpot pro (or have strong CRM experience and can quickly ramp) and have strong analytical skills.
  • Have a strong grasp of GTM strategy, funnel dynamics, and how to align marketing, sales, and post sales, for scalable growth.
  • Are highly organized, detail oriented, and thrive when managing multiple projects and stakeholders
  • Are a collaborative leader with great communication skills and a ‘roll up your sleeves’ mentality.
  • Have experience managing and mentoring junior team members

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary - $175,000 - $225,000, plus bonus based on goals set by your manager
