Steno is growing! We’re looking for a Director of Revenue Operations to join our winning team. In this role, you’ll report directly to our President & Chief Legal Officer and function as a key driver of our strategic go-to-market initiatives.

Who are you?

You’re an experienced leader with a background in sales and marketing operations. You’re passionate about RevOps and are highly-skilled in reporting, analytics, pipeline management, marketing attribution, and sales forecasting (but your skills don’t stop there).

As our Director of RevOps, you’ll interface with multiple teams across the organization, promoting cross-functional collaboration and working to balance the needs and priorities of various stakeholders. You’re an open communicator and know how to create buy-in and alignment at all levels of the organization.

As a primary owner of change management on the Go-To-Market team, you’re experienced in scaling a GTM organization while maintaining company culture and customer experience. You know when to seek insights from data to set goals and metrics, and when to engage in relationship management to drive progress and bring your team across the finish line.

On a regular basis you will

  • Function as the primary owner and driver of the GTM revenue forecasting process. 

  • Monitor and report revenue metrics like CAC, CLTV, Payback Period, and additional sales efficiencies metrics.

  • Oversee Sales and Marketing Operations teams, providing necessary support to all GTM functions which may include development of programs, processes, definitions, and reporting.

  • Analyze revenue and margin through product and customer segmentation. 

  • Build sensitivity analysis for all GTM conversions.

  • Update and maintain sales capacity models.

  • Own administration of the GTM tech stack including Hubspot (CRM & marketing operation), ZoomInfo, Google Analytics, and more.

  • Develop and administer sales rules of engagement. 

  • Develop and own lead workflows, including lead scoring, handoff processes, routing, and reporting.

  • Build and maintain a multi-touch attribution model.

You’re gonna crush it if

  • You have 5 - 7 years of revenue operations experience (both SOPS and MOPS oversight), including experience in high-growth tech or SaasS environments. 

  • You have a deep familiarity with BI tools (especially Looker).

  • You have a proven and demonstrated ability to grow and manage a team; remote work experience will be valuable in this role.

  • You are skilled in collaboration cross-functionally across an organization.

  • You have strong financial analysis skills and a deep understanding of data analytics.

  • You also have strong intellectual curiosity and a proactive mindset around data analysis. 

  • You are comfortable with reporting to executive/board level leadership.

  • You possess expert-level excel skills; this is important, so make sure your know-how extends far past pivot tables and VLOOKUP. 

  • You have demonstrated success in a RevOps role, not just running, but building revenue models.

  • You have a background in finance (this is a bonus not necessity)

  • You have familiarity with SQL (also a bonus, not a necessity)

  • Salary range: $140k - 180k
