Steno is growing! We’re looking for a Field Marketing Operations Coordinator to join our winning team, which is revolutionizing the court reporting industry every single day. Reporting to our Field Marketing Manager, in this role you will play a crucial part in providing operational support to the Field Marketing/GTM organization, undertaking administrative and tactical tasks to ensure the execution, maintenance, and accurate reporting of the sub-department’s activities (events, gifting, swag, and campaigns). This role is an integral part of ensuring Steno can strategically enhance our operating rhythm across multiple touch points. 

Who are you?

We’re looking for a self-starter with a passion for project/program management, operations, and analytics. The right candidate should be organized, collaborative, comfortable establishing clear processes and guidelines, and possess strong communication skills. This is a role for someone who enjoys managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and has a natural ability to find opportunities that optimize and automate workstreams.


On a regular basis you will 

  • Create and maintain project timelines, milestones, and deliverables. 

  • Support the execution of internal and external project deliverables. 

  • Audit, update, and maintain tech systems that support program activities. (Reachdesk, VistaPrint, Monday, etc) 

  • Build repeatable, scalable processes for continuous improvement of Field Marketing programs

  • Drive and deliver program recap documents and contribute to cadenced business reporting.

  • Work with a set of diverse external vendors and partners to replenish product, coordinate shipments, and ensure we are adhering to production timelines. 

  • Occasionally travel to select events and field activities (25%) 

You’re gonna crush it if


  • 2-3 years managing/executing event logistics. 

  • 2-3 years experience in a field or event marketing role (experience in high-growth tech, SaaS environments, or the legal industry are a plus but not required).

  • Experience with HubSpot and other Marketing automation tools 

  • Experience building processes, reports, and documentation.

  • Experience managing and communicating complex projects with multiple stakeholders.

  • Posses strong project management skills and attention to detail.
