In this role, you will be a key member of our organization and have the exciting opportunity to pioneer the complex case management function and team for Steno.

On a regular basis you will
Develop and execute strategic plans for managing complex cases, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement within the organization.
Build and lead the team that will manage complex litigation cases from inception to completion, ensuring all aspects of the legal process are handled efficiently and effectively.
Serve as the primary point of contact across the operations organization for complex cases, understanding their unique needs and providing exceptional service and support.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards governing court reporting services for complex litigation matters.
Partner with Go-to-Market and the operations teams such as Calendar, Billing or Production on building proposals for prospective cases.
Implement quality control measures to guarantee the accuracy and reliability of court reporting services delivered for complex cases.
You’re gonna crush it if
You have 7+ years of complex case management experience within the court reporting industry
You have previous experience with structuring and scaling teams through different phases of a company’s growth
You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment and adapt to changing priorities
You operate with a strong sense of ethics around things like confidentiality, discretion, and integrity
You are just as comfortable speaking ‘court reporting’ with Sales as you are speaking strategy, systems, process efficiency, and margin with other leaders in the company including Finance, Product, and the C-Suite
You are not afraid to get your hands dirty, assist your team, handle client escalations when needed
Compensation & Benefits
Salary - $140,000 - $180,000
