Steno is growing! We’re looking for a Vice President of Revenue Operations to join our winning team, which is revolutionizing the court reporting industry every single day. We’re a diverse team from all over the country (and beyond) and we’re crazy about redefining the boundaries of an outdated industry.

Who are you?

You’re an experienced RevOps leader with a background in sales and marketing operations. You’re passionate about everything Revenue Operations and are highly-skilled in reporting, analytics, pipeline management, marketing attribution, and sales forecasting (but your skills don’t stop there).

As our Vice President of Revenue Operations, you’ll interface with multiple teams across the organization, promoting cross-functional collaboration and working to balance the needs and priorities of various stakeholders. In particular, you’ll own and optimize our sales revenue processes and distribution of leads, and will ensure seamless and impactful internal collaboration among multiple teams. You’re an open communicator and know how to create buy-in and alignment at all levels of the organization.

As a primary owner of change management on the Go-To-Market team, you’re experienced in scaling a GTM organization while maintaining company culture and customer experience. You know when to seek insights from data to set goals and metrics, and when to engage in relationship management to drive progress and bring your team across the finish line.

On a regular basis you will

  • Function as the primary owner and driver of the GTM revenue forecasting process, aligning targets with company growth objectives.
  • Monitor and report revenue metrics like CAC, CLTV, Payback Period, and additional sales efficiencies metrics to identify actionable trends.
  • Oversee Sales and Marketing Operations teams, providing necessary support to all GTM functions, which may include developing programs, processes, definitions, and reporting.
  • Design and execute a comprehensive revenue operations strategy that aligns with organizational goals, drives operational efficiency, and fosters cross-functional collaboration to maximize revenue growth across sales and marketing teams.
  • Analyze revenue and margin through product and customer segmentation.
  • Own administration of the GTM tech stack including Hubspot (CRM & marketing operation), ZoomInfo, Google Analytics, and more.
  • Develop and administer sales rules of engagement and lead workflows, including lead scoring, handoff processes, routing, and reporting.
  • Build and maintain a multi-touch attribution model.

You’re gonna crush it if

  • You have 10+ years of revenue operations experience, including management experience of Revenue Operations professionals, and experience in high-growth tech or SaaS environments.
  • You have a deep familiarity with CRMs and BI tools (especially HubSpot and Looker).
  • You have a proven and demonstrated ability to grow a team; remote work experience and experience at a startup will be valuable in this role.
  • You are skilled in cross-functional collaboration across an organization.
  • You have strong financial analysis skills,a deep understanding of data analytics, strong intellectual curiosity, and a proactive mindset around data analysis.
  • You are comfortable with reporting to executive/board level leadership.
  • You possess expert-level Excel skills; this is important, so make sure your know-how extends far past pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
  • You have demonstrated success in a RevOps role, not just running the show, but building revenue models and providing data-driven insights to help a business evolve..
  • You have a background in finance and familiarity with SQL (these are  a bonus, not a necessity)

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary - $180,000 - $230,000
  • Health, Vision, & Dental Benefits - generous company-sponsored health plans for both employees and dependents, including comprehensive vision & dental
  • Wellness/Mental Health - shared benefits to be used among employees and families
