Steno is growing! We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Analytics to join our winning team, which is revolutionizing the court reporting industry every single day. We’re a diverse team from all over the country (and beyond) and we’re crazy about redefining the boundaries of an outdated industry.

In this role, you will spearhead initiatives to optimize our sales processes and streamline workflows for our Account Executives. You will also collaborate closely with the Marketing team, offering data-driven insights to enhance outreach performance. You’ll be expected to explain “what it is”, “why it matters” and “what should we do” in terms of your data and analysis.

On a regular basis you will 

  • Design, implement, and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to track and monitor key marketing and sales metrics

  • Identify and analyze data quality issues, and implement solutions to ensure accurate and reliable data

  • Partner cross-functionally to identify ongoing growth opportunities and areas for improvement, down to the individual sales rep level

  • Lead projects to continuously improve our data and reporting capabilities (e.g., proactively suggesting and building new reporting, fine-tuning and automating existing reporting, etc.)

You’re gonna crush it if


  • You have 3+ years as a data analyst supporting marketing and sales organizations

  • Strong knowledge of databases and experience in querying, blending, and otherwise working with large datasets

  • You understand common sales models like rep productivity, rep capacity, campaign influence, and quota modeling, and when to use them.

  • You have deployed marketing automation platform reports and Hubspot reports and dashboards

  • You have experience using business intelligence tools like Looker

  • You know the rhythm of the business reporting and development of KPIs and OKRs, and can develop proactive analysis. The “End of quarter” reporting rush should be familiar to you, and you should be able to show how you’ve solved that before. 

  • You have strong communication skills and know how to present complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.  

  • You are very experienced at gathering requirements and socializing reporting methodologies across functional teams

Our GTM team is a high-growth, powerhouse group, focused on growing Steno’s presence and impact. The team cultivates business relationships that help Steno achieve our big, audacious goals. 


Composed of Marketing, BDR, Inside Sales, and Outside Sales teams, we work in direct partnership with our Customer Success and Executive teams to drive awareness and revenue while remaining laser-focused on creating and sustaining exceptional client relationships.
