This role requires professionals who are self described “hunters”. The expectation of this role is that you will actively hunt
for new business prospects while also being skilled at cultivating relationships with existing clients. You should have a
knack for identifying potential clients, initiating contact, and effectively pitching solutions that meet the clients' needs. This combination of prospecting and relationship building is crucial for sustained success in the competitive field
of insurance sales.

Pay range and compensation package
Competitive compensation package that includes Commission Schedule, Benefits, GRSP match program, education/CE reimbursement, and vacation flex. Base compensation will be based on experience and capabilities in Group Sales $70,000 - $110,000 - your sales performance and commission earnings will determine the rest.
