The Role

We are looking for a Vice President, Partnerships to lead all aspects of the revenue lifecycle from pre-sale strategy and proposal development to post-sale execution, account management, and renewals. 


This senior leader will manage a team of Account Managers and oversee Ad Operations, including the relationship with our external ad ops vendor. They will work cross-functionally with Sales, Community, and Product to drive value for partners and revenue for the business. The ideal candidate has deep experience in digital media, a strong understanding of video platforms and sponsorship models, and a track record of success in  a media or high-growth content-driven businesses.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the senior leader overseeing the Partnerships function, reporting directly to the CCO.
  • Develop and refine Stocktwits' partner success strategy to ensure renewal, upsell, and long-term growth.
  • Lead and mentor the Account Management team to deliver outstanding client service and revenue performance.
  • Collaborate with the CCO on strategic planning, forecasting, and operational excellence.
  • Own the pre-sale partnership process, ensuring that proposals are creative, compelling, and aligned with both client KPIs and Stocktwits’ media capabilities.
  • Work closely with internal groups to package and position Stocktwits’ premium video inventory, sponsorships, and integrated content programs.
  • Oversee execution and fulfillment of partnership agreements, ensuring on-time delivery and exceeding client expectations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients and agency partners, identifying upsell and renewal opportunities.
  • Directly manage Ad Operations, including oversight of the ad ops vendor, trafficking, campaign pacing, and delivery performance.
  • Develop systems to track performance, deliver reporting, and optimize campaign outcomes.
  • Serve as the voice of the partner across the organization, advocating for improvements that enhance value delivery.

Qualifications

  • 10-15 years in media, partnerships, or revenue-focused roles, ideally within digital, video, or media industries.
  • Proven leadership experience, with direct people management and organizational scaling.
  • Deep understanding of branded content, sponsorship models, and digital video monetization.
  • Experience overseeing Ad Operations and managing external ad ops vendors.
  • Track record of managing complex partnerships and delivering revenue growth.
  • Excellent communicator with executive presence and client-facing polish.
  • Strong analytical skills; comfort with performance data, KPIs, and revenue forecasting.
  • Passion for innovation in media, finance, and culture.
