POSITION OVERVIEW

The Data Analyst's primary focus is on client success. This role regularly collaborates with the Sales and Customer Success teams to on-board clients and create custom reports (typically Tableau dashboards) that are timely and actionable for clients. The Data Analyst also provides guidance to the Customer Success and Project Management teams on data collection to maximize completion, accuracy, and data impact.

Additionally, the Data Analyst will assist in improving the company's internal data structure, with an emphasis on understanding client behavior, maintaining data quality, and optimizing processes for data enrichment.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

·      Client Success: Partner with Account Executives (AEs) and Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to demo products and deliver custom Tableau dashboards tailored to client needs.

·      Data Analysis: Develop intuitive, user-friendly dashboards, provide actionable insights to clients, and optimize job configurations based on client data.

·      Internal Data Management: Improve data tagging for syndicated products, ensure data accuracy and governance, and manage data structures using PostgreSQL and Excel.

·      Communication: Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Success and Project Management) and effectively engage with clients through clear written and verbal communication.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

 

·      PostgreSQL: Skilled in using PostgreSQL for querying databases, data manipulation, and managing data structures.

·      Tableau/BI Tools: Proficient in Tableau or other Business Intelligence tools, with a strong understanding of data visualization and reporting.

·      Excel: Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, organization, and manipulation.

·      Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey insights and collaborate with teams.
