As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager who can take full charge and ownership of our marketing efforts and support our mission to deliver excellence on every project.
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth. This role leads digital marketing, content creation, CRM optimization, and campaign execution while ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels. The Marketing Manager partners closely with sales and regional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives, support lead conversion, and enhance customer engagement. In addition, this role provides leadership and mentorship to regional offices, tracks and reports on marketing performance and ROI, and continuously refines strategies to maximize impact and measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute a marketing plan aligned with company goals.
- Lead digital marketing efforts, including website management, social media, paid advertising, email campaigns, and blog content.
- Oversee content creation ensuring consistent and engaging brand messaging.
- Plan and implement marketing campaigns for brand-building and lead generation.
- Track and refine KPIs to measure marketing effectiveness and ROI.
- Manage CRM systems to optimize lead tracking, conversions, and sales performance.
- Provide marketing materials, presentations, and training resources to support sales initiatives.
Brand Development & Communication
- Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and customer touchpoints.
- Coordinate public relations efforts, media releases, awards submissions, and speaker proposals.
- Align messaging with sales strategies to improve lead conversion and outreach effectiveness.
Lead Generation & Networking
- Plan and execute networking strategies for trade shows, events, and educational initiatives.
- Expand educational and promotional programs, such as Lunch & Learn sessions.
- Collaborate with regional teams to gather business insights and integrate them into marketing strategies.
Training & Collaboration
- Train internal teams on CRM and marketing tools for efficient adoption.
- Standardize internal marketing processes and ensure alignment with sales objectives.
- Participate in strategy meetings and support cross-departmental marketing efforts.
Performance Measurement & Accountability
- Track marketing KPIs and campaign effectiveness, making adjustments as needed.
- Report regularly on marketing performance and budget alignment.
- Lead initiatives to improve marketing impact, collaboration, and measurable results.
Leadership & Mentorship
- Mentor and support regional offices to ensure alignment with company culture and objectives.
- Facilitate quarterly reviews with mentees to track professional development and goal progress.
- Provide feedback to leadership to enhance team growth and performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field or equivalent; advanced degree or certifications a plus.
- Proven marketing management experience, ideally in construction, environmental services, or related industries.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth.
- Strong leadership experience, including mentoring and managing regional teams, guiding office managers, and fostering cross-departmental collaboration.
- Expertise in digital marketing platforms, SEO, CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive), email campaigns, social media, content management systems, and analytics tools.
- Experience in brand development, public relations, and coordinating events, trade shows, and networking initiatives.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to align messaging with business objectives.
- Strong strategic thinking, project management, and analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to measuring marketing effectiveness.
- High emotional intelligence, adaptability, and ability to engage productively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proven track record of creating and tracking KPIs, reporting marketing performance, and making actionable improvements.
