As a Media Solutions Specialist at Stringo Media, you will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns that drive measurable growth for our clients. You’ll work closely with our internal teams and clients to create tailored strategies that align with their business objectives, leveraging data insights to continuously refine and improve campaign performance. The ideal candidate will be both a strategic thinker and a hands-on executor, with a strong background in paid media and a passion for achieving results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement data-driven paid media strategies (across platforms like Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.) that align with client goals.
- Manage end-to-end paid media campaigns, including planning, execution, optimization, and reporting.
- Conduct thorough market research and audience analysis to inform strategy and targeting.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs), such as ROAS, CPA, and CTR, to ensure campaigns are meeting and exceeding objectives.
- Continuously optimize campaigns through A/B testing, bid strategies, creative iterations, and targeting adjustments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align paid media efforts with broader digital marketing strategies.
- Provide regular reporting and insights to clients, highlighting opportunities for growth and areas for optimization.
- Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure campaigns are competitive and innovative.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (3+ years) in managing paid media campaigns across major platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc.), with an emphasis on paid search.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and optimize campaigns accordingly.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing metrics and the ability to measure campaign performance against KPIs.
- Experience with media buying, audience segmentation, and advanced targeting strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while ensuring high-quality execution.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex strategies and performance insights to clients.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in working with digital agencies or in a client-facing role.
- Proficiency with analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and other performance tracking platforms.
- Familiarity with automation tools and programmatic buying strategies.
- Experience with CRO (conversion rate optimization) tactics and landing page strategies.
