At STURDY., we thrive when our people thrive. We are currently looking for a Senior Designer who will oversee the design team and support various projects by designing RFP decks and fulfilling other graphic needs essential to STURDY.’s creative endeavors.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and mentor team of designers, providing feedback and guidance on projects, managing bandwidth and delegation among the design team.

• Develop and design RFP decks, ensuring they meet client specifications and reflect STURDY.’s high standards of creativity and design excellence.

• Work closely with other teams to support various design needs across projects, including graphics for presentations, marketing materials, and client pitches.

• Ensure consistency and quality in all design outputs, while meeting tight deadlines.

• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and help drive creative direction on new projects.

SKILLS YOU WILL NEED

• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.

• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).

• Strong graphic design and layout skills.

• Clear communication and ability to present design concepts to both team members and clients.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Adaptability in a fast-paced evolving creative environment

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field a plus!

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a design role, preferably in an agency or creative studio.

• Demonstrated success in overseeing design projects and leading a design team.

• Portfolio showcasing design expertise, including RFP decks and a variety of graphic work.
