We are currently looking for an Art Director, Experiential who will collaborate with our Director, Experiential and our experiential team on crafting exceptional designs and developing compelling pitches that drive unforgettable moments of connection for global audiences.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the creative vision for experiential projects from conceptualization to execution

• Collaborate closely with Director, Experiential/Creative Director to ensure alignment on design and strategy

• Develop high-quality visual concepts and designs that resonate with brand and objectives and audience experiences

• Manage and guide the design team on project execution, ensuring timeliness and quality standards are met

• Assist in pitching and presenting creative ideas to clients, supporting the experiential team’s vision

• Stay ahead of industry trends and bring innovative approaches to STURDY.’s design methodology.

SKILLS YOU WILL NEED

• Upholds high standards of professionalism in all interactions and tasks.

• Strong leadership and collaboration skills.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).

• Ability to communicate complex design ideas effectively, both verbally and visually.

• Problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.

• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

• Adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving creative environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, experiential design, or a related field a plus!

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in art direction, specifically in the events or experiential industry.

• Proven track record of leading successful design projects.

• Portfolio showcasing a range of experiential design work.
