Position Title and Brief Description
At STURDY., we thrive when our people thrive. We are currently looking for an Account Manager to manage brand and experiential projects across our diverse clients. This role will be key in building strong client relationships and ensuring the seamless execution of projects from start to finish.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients across brand and experiential projects.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and alignment with project goals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Lead project meetings and keep stakeholders informed on progress, challenges, and solutions.
- Develop proposals, contracts, and timelines that meet both client and company objectives.
- Identify opportunities for client growth and maintain strong ongoing relationships with key accounts.
SKILLS YOU WILL NEED
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in project management, preferably in the creative or experiential industries.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing challenges.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and project management tools [Monday, Slack, Google Suite, etc.]
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field a plus!
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, preferably in a creative or experiential agency.
- Proven track record of managing client accounts and delivering successful projects.
- Experience working in the creative or experiential industry is highly preferred.
- Previous client relationships is a plus!
The pay range for this role is:
65,000 - 85,000 USD per year (STURDY. Co HQ)
