About The Role
We are defining how the world’s largest brands represent their catalogs on all surfaces in the age of Generative AI. We are building a new line of business focused on Data Enrichment and Dynamic Content Creation.
We are looking for a leader who is driven to build at the speed of the AI frontier. You will be responsible for solving massive catalog challenges for global enterprises, using a "builder-first" mentality to navigate the shift from traditional SEO to the new world of GEO and AI-driven discovery. You will help us take a product with early product/market fit among the world's largest brands and build it into a highly scalable business unit.
What You Will Do
- You will act as the 'CEO of the Product,' driving the vision, strategy, and execution across all facets of this new business line.
- Architect & Build: Beyond writing PRDs, you will use tools like Claude Code, Vercel, and Cursor to build functional prototypes and proof-of-concepts, bringing solutions to life quickly.
- Define the New SEO/GEO: Anticipate how AI is changing discovery surfaces. You’ll lead the strategy for how our customers' data thrives in a world of LLMs and traditional SEO.
- Scale Enterprise Solutions: Partner with senior leaders at Tier-1 organizations to solve complex data and content challenges at a massive scale.
- To Scale The Business, you will partner closely with Engineering, Operations, and Go-to-Market teams to drive strategic execution.
- Iterate with Agility: Act as a "Full-Stack Product Builder." Whether your background is in Engineering or Product, you are someone who can drive a solution from 0 to 1 and deliver results efficiently.
- Market Reactivity: Monitor the rapidly shifting AI landscape and adapt our technical approach to maintain a competitive edge.
Who You Are
- The "AI-Native" Builder: You are deeply engaged with the latest AI tools and technologies. You are building agents, experimenting with APIs, and leveraging AI to accelerate your own output.
- Bias for Action & Delivery: We are looking for an executor. You have a heavy bias toward technical delivery and shipping functional solutions, not just generating big ideas.
- High Determination & Integrity: You have the grit to push through complex data hurdles and the strong judgment to deliver enterprise-ready solutions.
- The Hybrid Profile: You might have been a Senior PM, a Founder, or a Lead Engineer. We value your ability to deliver outcomes over a specific previous job title.
- Rigorously Analytical: You love data. You understand that "dynamic content" requires precision and a deep understanding of large-scale data structures.
- Executive Presence: You can engage confidently in a boardroom with a CMO, then seamlessly transition to debugging a deployment or refining an SEO strategy.
Must Have Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of building and scaling technical products, with a heavy emphasis on Data, SEO, or AI.
- Builder Skills: Experience with modern deployment and prototyping stacks (e.g., Vercel, GitHub, AI coding assistants).
- SEO/GEO Mastery: A deep understanding of how content is indexed, ranked, and now, synthesized by AI models.
- Outcome-Obsessed: You measure success by market impact and customer ROI.
Salary
When we find the right person, we try to put our best foot forward with an offer that excites you and is fair on our end. We consider the skills and experience you bring, what similar jobs pay, and make sure there's equal pay for equal work among those you'll be working with. The compensation amount for this role is targeted at $150,000-$175,000 USD annually. The final offer also takes into account other factors of a total compensation package, including what is market-based on the region. Please note that the range is being shared in good faith and is subject to modification based on changing market and business conditions.
