About the role
- Seeking a Marine Construction Laborer to join our team. This role involves installing, removing, and maintaining piers, boat lifts, and accessories using hand tools and machinery. You'll support the construction, maintenance, and repair of marine structures in various weather conditions.
What you'll do
- Assist in constructing, maintaining, and dismantling docks and piers.
- Load, unload, and distribute building materials and equipment.
- Operate hand and power tools; maintain tools properly.
- Follow safety procedures, including using personal flotation devices.
- Clean sites and remove debris from barges and waterways.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous marine or construction experience is advantageous.
- Ability to swim; comfortable working on or near water.
- Familiarity with hand tools, basic carpentry, and machinery.
- Physical Efforts: Moderate to heavy lifting and physical labor, ability to work in various positions and environments.

The pay range for this role is:
20 - 25 USD per hour (Summerset - Whitewater)
25 - 28 USD per hour (Summerset - Door County)
20 - 25 USD per hour (Summerset - Green Lake)
