About the role

• We are looking for a skilled Marine Construction Field Installer to join our team. This role involves installing, removing, and maintaining piers, boat lifts, and accessories using hand tools and machinery. You will play a key role in the construction, maintenance, and repair of marine structures, including welding steel and aluminum components. The work will take place in various weather conditions, requiring adaptability and a strong work ethic. 

What you'll do

• Assist in constructing, maintaining, and dismantling docks and piers.
• Load, unload, and distribute building materials and equipment.
• Operate hand and power tools; maintain tools properly.
• Follow safety procedures, including using personal flotation devices.
• Clean sites and remove debris from barges and waterways.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous marine or construction experience is advantageous.
• Ability to swim; comfortable working on or near water.
• Familiarity with hand tools, basic carpentry, and machinery.

• Ability to work in various positions and environments.

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• Overtime
• Weekends as needed
