Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Associate Product Manager to join our team and spearhead the expansion of our product offerings on our Shopify store. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in conducting market research, identifying new product categories, and managing the entire product lifecycle. This is an exceptional opportunity for a proactive individual with a passion for e-commerce and product management to drive innovation and growth within our organization.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Product Understanding:
    Develop a deep understanding of our product portfolio, including features, functionalities, and underlying technologies, to effectively drive product initiatives and enhancements.

  1. Research and Analysis:
    Gather and analyze extensive data to uncover correlated connections between product offerings and consumer demand, providing valuable insights to inform product strategy and decision-making.

  1. Cross-functional Collaboration:
    Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales, to ensure alignment of product development efforts with overarching business objectives and customer needs.

  1. Product Roadmap Development:
    Contribute to the development of a comprehensive product roadmap, outlining key features, enhancements, and initiatives that align with company goals and market demands, while prioritizing resources effectively.

  1. Product Documentation:
    Ensure the availability of comprehensive product documentation, such as Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and Product Descriptions (PDs), to facilitate clear communication and understanding across teams and stakeholders.

  1. Continuous Learning and Development:
    Pursue continuous learning and professional development opportunities within the field of product management, such as attending industry conferences and workshops, to stay abreast of best practices and emerging trends, fostering innovation and growth within the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in product management or related roles, with a strong understanding of e-commerce and digital product development.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret complex data sets to drive actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and project management.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving business priorities and challenges.

Job Type: Full-time , Non-Exempt

Salary: $68,640 plus a 10% annual bonus tied to product category performance
