Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic E-commerce Manager to oversee the planning, development, and execution of our online sales initiatives. This role will be responsible for managing the digital storefront, driving revenue growth, optimizing user experience, and leading cross-functional efforts to improve our e-commerce operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute the overall e-commerce strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Identify growth opportunities, emerging trends, and new technologies to enhance the online shopping experience.
- Website Management & Optimization
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, including product listings, promotions, and merchandising.
- Monitor website performance (traffic, conversion rates, bounce rates) and implement continuous improvements for speed, usability, and mobile optimization.
- Digital Marketing
- Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute SEO, SEM, email marketing, affiliate programs, and social media campaigns.
- Track ROI and adjust campaigns to meet sales targets.
- Product & Inventory Management
- Work with product and supply chain teams to maintain accurate inventory levels, pricing, and product descriptions.
- Manage product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional events.
- Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze KPIs such as sales trends, customer acquisition costs, and customer lifetime value.
- Provide regular reports and actionable insights to senior management.
- Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Lead a small team of e-commerce specialists and coordinate with IT, marketing, and operations.
- Foster a data-driven culture focused on performance and innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field.
- 3–5+ years of experience managing an e-commerce business or online retail operations.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO/SEM, email, social media).
- Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud).
- Proficiency in web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
- Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
- Knowledge of UX/UI principles and best practices.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret complex data into actionable insights.
