What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a highly analytical and data-driven E-Commerce Marketplace Associate to manage and optimize our company’s Amazon listings. In this role, data analytics will play a central part in decision-making, helping to improve performance metrics and drive business success. This is a long-term contract opportunity offering stability, consistent hours, and meaningful tasks. If you excel in analyzing data and e-commerce operations, this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage Amazon listings, including utilizing bulk flat file uploads for efficiency.
• Address and resolve issues through Amazon Seller Support cases.
• Monitor and maintain Amazon Account Health, including resolving stranded inventory, suppressed listings, and other performance metrics.
• Leverage flat files for bulk uploads, updating A+ content, and grouping listing variations.
• Analyze data to identify trends, optimize listings, and inform decision-making processes.

Qualifications:

• Required: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data organization and reporting.
• Required: Strong data analytics skills to evaluate performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
• Demonstrated expertise in creating and managing Amazon listings, including bulk flat file uploads.
• Proven experience in resolving issues with Amazon Seller Support.
• A track record of maintaining Amazon Account Health through proactive problem-solving.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Asana is a plus.

Additional Requirements:

• Availability to work between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM Pacific Time.
• Strong proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Reliable internet connection and a private remote workstation.

Compensation: $5.00 - $7.00 per hour
