Position Summary
- The Roof Supervisor will review scheduled projects and prepare projects for installation.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Review scheduled projects to prepare for installation
- Arrange for the subcontractor crew to be on site for the appropriate job
- Order roofing materials
- Make confirmation calls with customers the day before the scheduled work
- Oversee roof installations and take appropriate photos by following the daily checklist
- Update the homeowner throughout the installation
- Update the office staff throughout the installation
- Ensure the quality of roof installation
- Perform walkthroughs at the beginning of the job, during installation, and at closing to ensure that standards are met
- Ensure the site is clean of debris upon completion
- Call in for waste removal
Requirements and Qualifications
- 3-5 years of roofing experience •
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving history.
- Must have professional experience working outdoors and at heights.
- Must be able to carry 40 pounds up a ladder.
- Must be able to work in all types of weather.
- Must be a team player.
- Must enjoy interacting with homeowners.
- Foster a positive and safe working environment through behavior and attitude.
- Must be willing to get OSHA certified (paid for by the company).
