Position Summary

• The Roof Supervisor will review scheduled projects and prepare projects for installation.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Review scheduled projects to prepare for installation
• Arrange for the subcontractor crew to be on site for the appropriate job
• Order roofing materials
• Make confirmation calls with customers the day before the scheduled work
• Oversee roof installations and take appropriate photos by following the daily checklist
• Update the homeowner throughout the installation
• Update the office staff throughout the installation
• Ensure the quality of roof installation
• Perform walkthroughs at the beginning of the job, during installation, and at closing to ensure that standards are met
• Ensure the site is clean of debris upon completion
• Call in for waste removal

Requirements and Qualifications

• 3-5 years of roofing experience •
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving history.
• Must have professional experience working outdoors and at heights.
• Must be able to carry 40 pounds up a ladder.
• Must be able to work in all types of weather.
• Must be a team player.
• Must enjoy interacting with homeowners.
• Foster a positive and safe working environment through behavior and attitude.
• Must be willing to get OSHA certified (paid for by the company).
