Clinical Pharmacist (Inpatient / ICU / Oncology / Cardiac)

Location: Misrata

 Contract: 2 years renewable

Key Responsibilities

• Daily ward rounds with doctors (ICU, CCU, Oncology, Internal Medicine).
• Medication reconciliation, dose adjustment, TPN preparation, antibiotic stewardship.
• Drug information service, adverse reaction reporting, IV admixture.
• Manage narcotic & high-risk medications, train nursing staff.
• Participate in hospital committees (PTC, Infection Control).

Requirements

• PharmD or M.Pharm (Clinical Pharmacy) / B.Pharm + MSc Clinical Pharmacy.
• Minimum 4–8 years hospital experience with at least 3 years clinical ward-based role.
• Valid home country registration + Prometric passed (or ready).
• Arabic speaker = strong advantage.
• Age <50 years.
• Female candidates preferred by many hospitals.
