Job Title: Operating Room (OR) Nursing Manager

Location: Libya
Employment Type: Full-Time
Department: Surgery / Operating Room

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced OR Nursing Manager to oversee the operations of the surgical department, manage nursing staff, and ensure high-quality patient care in the operating room.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise OR nursing staff and daily operations
• Develop, implement, and monitor surgical nursing policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with infection control and patient safety standards
• Coordinate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other medical staff
• Maintain inventory of surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies
• Conduct staff training, performance evaluations, and professional development
• Monitor surgical outcomes and implement quality improvement initiatives
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing
• Valid nursing license in Libya
• 5+ years of OR nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures, patient care, and hospital protocols
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced surgical environment

Preferred:

• Certification in Perioperative Nursing (CNOR or equivalent)
• Experience managing multidisciplinary OR teams
