Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Female Radiologic Technologist (Rad Tech) to perform diagnostic imaging procedures and ensure high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will operate imaging equipment, follow safety protocols, and work closely with physicians and healthcare staff to support accurate diagnoses.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures such as X-rays in accordance with physician orders
• Prepare patients for procedures by explaining the process and positioning them correctly
• Operate and maintain radiologic imaging equipment safely and effectively
• Ensure radiation safety standards and infection control protocols are followed
• Review and verify image quality for diagnostic accuracy
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and nursing staff
• Ensure patient comfort, privacy, and confidentiality at all times

Required Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology
• Valid ARRT certification (required)
• Active state licensure (as applicable)
• Knowledge of radiographic procedures and radiation safety
• Strong attention to detail and patient-care skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior clinical or hospital experience
• Experience with digital radiography systems
• BLS/CPR certification
