Job Title: Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Nurse

Location: Libya
Employment Type: Full-Time
Department: Intensive Care Unit

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled ICU Nurse to provide critical care to patients with life-threatening conditions, monitor vital signs, and assist in advanced medical procedures in the Intensive Care Unit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assess critically ill patients’ conditions
• Administer medications, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed
• Operate and monitor ICU equipment (ventilators, monitors, infusion pumps)
• Assist physicians in emergency procedures and critical interventions
• Maintain accurate patient records and care plans
• Educate patients’ families about care and treatment plans
• Follow strict infection control and safety protocols

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent
• Valid nursing license in Libya
• 2+ years of ICU or critical care experience
• Strong knowledge of ICU equipment, procedures, and patient care
• Excellent critical thinking and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure in high-stress situations

Preferred:

• Certification in Critical Care Nursing (CCRN or equivalent)
• Experience in multidisciplinary ICU teams
