Growth Strategy Director 


A high impact role designed to help us convert inbound RFPs into prioritized, actionable opportunities — not just fielding them, but shaping them, standing them up, and handing them off. This isn’t about lead generation or farming existing accounts; it’s about shaping net-new opportunities, building repeatable systems, and guiding our transition from an organic growth focused model. You’ll bring structure to our pipeline, develop frameworks for evaluating long-term opportunity, and ensure our resources are deployed where they’ll have the greatest impact. As a thought partner to the Managing Director and broader leadership team, you’ll design the playbook and run the plays. 


  • Evaluate and prioritize inbound RFPs based on strategic fit, conversion potential, and long-term value
  • Develop frameworks and tools to assess opportunity quality and guide resource allocation
  • Create compelling decks, proposals, and positioning materials that reflect enterprise-level sophistication
  • Architect engagement launch plans that ensure smooth handoff to delivery teams
  • Collaborate with leadership to align pipeline strategy with business goals
  • Build internal systems to track pipeline health, conversion metrics, and engagement outcomes
  • Identify gaps in current capabilities and recommend new roles or processes to support scale
