    • Build and execute relationship-based territory plans to achieve lending targets, including new advisor partnerships, loan volume, and revenue goals
    • Leverage industry networks, referral partnerships, and conference participation to generate qualified opportunities and establish credibility in the market
    • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities with systematic tracking, relationship nurturing, and conversion management
    • Analyze market trends and competitive intelligence to identify white space opportunities and develop differentiated positioning strategies
  • Advisor Education & Thought Leadership
    • Design and deliver educational programs that demonstrate how securities-based lending integrates into holistic wealth management and comprehensive financial planning
    • Conduct engaging webinars, workshops, and training sessions that teach advisors the strategic applications of SBL for tax planning, estate planning, liquidity management, and portfolio optimization
    • Serve as a speaker at industry conferences, wealth management forums, and professional association events, positioning Supernova as a thought leader in the SBL space
    • Educate advisors on the "why" behind incorporating lending solutions into their practices—emphasizing client retention, revenue diversification, deeper relationships, and competitive differentiation
    • Develop case studies, white papers, and educational content that illustrate best practices and real-world applications of SBL in comprehensive wealth management
    • Create and deliver practice management insights showing how advisors can systematically identify lending opportunities within their existing client base
  • Strategic Partnership Development
    • Establish and cultivate senior-level relationships with financial advisors, wealth management teams, and key decision-makers at target firms
    • Serve as the primary external face of Supernova Lending, representing the company with professionalism, expertise, and consultative approach
    • Deliver compelling presentations and platform demonstrations showcasing Supernova's SBL capabilities, competitive advantages, and advisor-centric value proposition
    • Partner with advisors to understand their practice dynamics, client base composition, and business objectives to position SBL as a strategic tool for practice growth
    • Conduct ongoing relationship management including quarterly business reviews, continuing education sessions, and strategic planning meetings with key partners
  • Consultative Sales & Client Solutions
    • Drive growth and adoption of securities-based lending at our major distribution channels by creating a culture of holistic advice and ensuring solutions meet client and advisor needs.
    • Provide consultative guidance on loan structuring, collateral optimization, and risk management for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients
    • Collaborate with internal credit, underwriting, and operations teams to structure competitive solutions that meet client needs while managing risk appropriately
    • Navigate complex deal dynamics, address advisor and client questions, and articulate the value proposition to drive successful loan closings
    • Identify opportunities to deepen advisor relationships through expanded product usage and enhanced service delivery
  • Product Expertise & Market Intelligence
    • Maintain expert-level knowledge of securities-based lending products, including loan structures, margin requirements, collateral management, interest rate dynamics, and regulatory considerations
    • Serve as the go-to resource for advisors on complex SBL scenarios, tax implications, estate planning strategies, and use case applications across different client situations
    • Articulate how SBL complements comprehensive financial planning including retirement income strategies, charitable giving, business succession, real estate transactions, and portfolio rebalancing
    • Stay current on competitive offerings from major wirehouses and independent platforms, clearly articulating Supernova's differentiation and competitive advantages
    • Provide market feedback to product development and leadership teams regarding advisor needs, emerging trends, competitive gaps, and platform enhancement opportunities
  • Performance Management & Reporting
    • Own achievement of quarterly and annual business development targets including new advisor partnerships, loan origination volume, funded balances, and revenue generation
    • Maintain accurate CRM records with detailed opportunity tracking, activity logging, and relationship management documentation
    • Provide regular business updates to leadership including territory performance, market intelligence, competitive dynamics, and strategic recommendations
    • Analyze territory metrics to identify trends, optimize coverage strategy, and maximize return on relationship development activities
