Founded in 2020, Supersocial operates a cutting-edge studio and a next-generation agency, developing, producing and publishing world-class games, experiences and brand worlds on Roblox, metaverse, and other emerging platforms. Our mission is to create and empower digital communities to play, explore, socialize and meaningfully express themselves in the next era of the Internet.
Supersocial was founded by Yonatan Raz-Fridman “Yon" (CEO), Pedro Romi (CFO), Luiza Justus (Head of Creative) and Tatiana Wlasek (Chief Operations Officer), together bringing demonstrable track record in building and scaling consumer tech companies and brands. Our CEO Yon is recognized as a trailblazer and thought leader in the metaverse space both for his work with Supersocial and his podcast Into The Metaverse.
Our special sauce is combining creator talent who grew up on the Roblox platform with creatives and operators with decades of experience building consumer brands and telling stories in creative ways. The Supersocial team combines deep Roblox expertise with AAA experience and creative storytellers who, together, design cutting edge experiences that feels authentic to metaverse communities.
HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT
Working closely with Supersocial’s founder and CEO, as a business development manager you will be responsible for driving the successful implementation of commercial growth strategies across Supersocial’s business. Your primary focus will be to build pipeline of prospective partners and help our CEO win new business that drive healthy revenue and future growth.
You will also work closely with the CEO to drive special projects and initiatives related to Supersocial’s commercial growth and ensure that they align with the company's overall goals and objectives. This involves developing project plans and coordinating resources.
You are a strategist at heart with a proven track record of engaging and building relationships with key decision-makers across enterprises. With strong business development acumen, you understand the complex business challenges of our prospective partners and connect Supersocial’s unique value proposition and solutions to drive confidence and trust in our future partnerships.
In addition, you will be responsible for evaluating, qualifying, and crafting differentiated proposals that increases Supersocial’s right-to-win. You will work with finance and incubation leads to help shape competitive proposals that demonstrate to potential partners the value of Supersocial’s offering as a vertically-integrated metaverse studio, including but not limited to: persistent virtual worlds, time-based experiences, immersive events, shop experiences, virtual merchandise collections, and promotion solutions.
In this role you will focus on: Mapping, building and prioritizing target partner outreach, optimizing pitch approach, crafting clear narratives showcasing creative, experience, data, and technology, instilling a team win mentality, maintaining and tracking health of the new business pipeline, and helping to create a culture of relentless growth within Supersocial.

- Assist with development of sales strategies for net-new pursuits with Fortune 500 companies and beyond
- Work closely with the CEO to close new business deals after initial meetings with potential new clients
- Prepare presentations to sell Supersocial’s 360 metaverse solution
- Be accountable for win/loss ratio and healthy business development financials
- Develop relentless, collaborative, unbeatable business development playbook
- Create a culture of learning, honing and optimizing in order to drive growth
- Establish productive relationships with advisory network and other key ecosystem partners to drive leads
- Build a library of selling assets and best practices
- Represent and sell-in the full suite of Supersocial solutions
- Cultivate business relationships through networking, industry events and outbound marketing
- Lead and manage special projects and initiatives identified by the CEO, ensuring that they align with the company's overall goals and objectives
QUALIFICATIONS
- Successful track record (3+ years) of business development, ideally in companies focusing on marketing transformation and digital transformation
- Ability to speak to all levels of prospective clients: strategic and tactical decision makers
- Strong knowledge of constructing customer journeys, digital marketing transformation, advertising channels, social, etc. (experience with the gaming industry is a big plus)
- Exceptional written and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to take a consultative approach to engaging with C-level digital marketing or marketing transformation executives
- Ability to reach across the cross-functional aisles and the various capability groups across the organization in order to drive more wins
- Is a team player and master collaborator to drive consensus, alignment and decision making quickly
- Nice to have experience with multi-nationals and global brands with complex marketing needs that could require global/local alignment and collaboration
