We’re looking for an energetic, detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing efforts and help elevate the Supreme brand. Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, you’ll play a key role in organizing campaigns, coordinating events, managing digital content, and ensuring consistent brand presence across channels. This role will also support inside sales activities, working closely with the sales team to drive customer engagement and responsiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and strategies.
• Coordinate trade show logistics, dealer events, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Manage website content, social media accounts, and digital advertising.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing materials and product content.
• Support inside sales activities, including responding to inquiries, coordinating quotes, and assisting with customer follow-ups.
• Maintain brand standards across all platforms and communications.
• Analyze marketing data and prepare reports on campaign performance.
• Coordinate with external vendors, graphic designers, and printing partners.

Qualifications:

• Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in social media platforms, digital tools, and basic graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Experience in agriculture, manufacturing, or B2B environments is an asset.
• Ability to travel occasionally for events or tradeshows.
