Service Advisor – Be the Go-To Problem Solver Customers Trust

As a Service Advisor, you’re the heartbeat of an exceptional customer experience. You’re not just answering questions—you’re solving problems, guiding customers, and making sure every interaction leaves people confident they’re in good hands.

You’ll wear many hats: problem solver, technical translator, parts expert, and customer champion, all while working with a supportive team that values quality, integrity, and doing things right.

What You’ll Do

Customer Service & Parts Support

  • Be the trusted expert customers and dealers rely on for guidance and solutions
  • Investigate and resolve service concerns with professionalism and urgency
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions, resolutions, and follow-ups
  • Process warranty claims with attention to detail and efficiency
  • Communicate clearly with dealers on updates, recommendations, and next steps
  • Escalate complex issues to the right teams with strong documentation
  • Help customers and dealers identify the exact parts they need—quickly and confidently
  • Stay current on products, promotions, and industry trends
  • Identify opportunities to improve service, shipping, and billing processes
  • Support internal teams with product development and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Travel occasionally to support dealer or customer needs, including rare after-hours assistance

Inspection & Testing Support

  • Review technical documents, work orders, and blueprints to support inspections
  • Measure, test, and evaluate components and finished products for performance and accuracy
  • Coordinate testing to diagnose issues and clearly report findings
  • Communicate inspection results to vendors and internal teams
  • Recommend corrective actions to improve product quality and reliability

What You Bring to the Table

  • A genuine customer-first mindset and strong people skills
  • Experience as a Service Writer, Parts Advisor, or in Parts Operations
  • Agricultural or mechanical industry experience is a strong asset
  • Hands-on mechanical knowledge and familiarity with dealer repair processes
  • Confidence, professionalism, and the ability to communicate clearly with customers and dealers
  • Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP/MRP systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • High school diploma or GED (required)
  • Bilingual skills or warranty/claims experience are considered valuable assets
