What You’ll Do 

 

Position Summary

Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, the Sr. Brand Manager will serve as a key member of the marketing team, supporting initiatives to drive brand awareness, patient acquisition, and community engagement. The ideal candidate is a strategic growth leader with experience in healthcare marketing, Medicare Advantage and value-based care experience is a plus.

 

Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of integrated marketing campaigns that build brand relevance with customers across diverse touchpoints and deliver growth.
  • Author strategic briefs to inspire creative development and ensure alignment with brand objectives and patient expectations with clarity and purpose.
  • Support the development of marketing collateral for patients and families, ensuring relevance and resonance.
  • Support the development and execution of organization-wide communication for key programs and plans, selling into all levels of leadership with expert communication and storytelling.
  • Present recommendations to leadership, driving alignment, informed decision-making, and prioritization.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across teams to support a unified brand experience.
  • Own the brand calendar and budget, managing projects from concept to launch.
  • Act as the internal voice and guardian of the brand, leading integrated campaigns in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Partner with clinic and growth teams to develop and execute grassroots marketing strategies to engage core audience and drive growth.
  • Assist with the execution of media plans across traditional, digital, print, and social platforms to achieve target KPIs.
  • Collaborate with growth analyst to evaluate campaign performance, leveraging insights to refine messaging, optimize impact, and drive growth.
  • Serve as a strategic growth leader, fostering long-term relationships with our physicians and center staff.
  • Other duties as assigned

 What You’ll Bring

 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • 5+ years of marketing leadership experience with background in Medicare Advantage, or value-based care.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) Required
  • Experience overseeing media strategy, agency partnerships, and marketing budgets to maximize ROI.
  • Proven success in grassroots/field marketing and hyper-localized community engagement.
  • Hands-on team player, highly organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skilled communicator with the ability to influence executive stakeholders and unify diverse teams.
  • High emotional intelligence and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • 20% travel required

Education, Experience, Licensure, or Certification Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; MBA preferred.
