What You’ll Do
Position Summary
As Business Operations Principal, you will act as an operational “glue” between our Clinical, Market Ops, and Technology teams. You will do more than analyze problems and make recommendations; you’ll help architect and build the systems that allow us to scale. You will take radical ownership for executing and leading the highest-impact strategic projects at Suvida.
Responsibilities
Your core responsibilities will include:
· In-depth analysis: Continuous review of performance on key business objectives, business processes, drivers of success, and opportunities for improvement.
· Process design & system architecture: Identify complex operational bottlenecks through data analysis and hands-on observation. Map out root causes and help design scalable solutions to solve them, always designing for second-order effects.
· Building “The Machine”: Help turn our strategy into reality by actively building and deploying the operational tools we need to continue to execute at a high level every day as we grow; ensure those tools can function over the long-term.
· End-to-end project execution & change management: Manage the lifecycle of major initiatives from clarity, to design, to build, to adoption. You will plan projects and manage them as a partner to Suvida’s leaders.
· Frontline empathy: Partner closely with Care Teams and Center Leadership to deeply understand their pain and friction points, ensuring that any new processes or tools we deliver are suited to their needs, and make their lives easier. Act as a conduit for both the needs of the business, and the clinicians delivering care to our patients.
· Performance accountability: Help leaders define success criteria for projects, and monitor initial and ongoing measures of success. Validate that problems are truly solved, pivoting as needed if results are not being delivered, or solutions aren’t working for our teams.
· Partnership to leaders: Help make the leaders at Suvida more effective and empowered through data, tools, technology, and frameworks; we can’t lead every project, but we can lift up others even when not directly involved.
