About the role

We're looking for an experienced and energetic person for our returns/claims department. Our inside team is responsible for billing, locating parts, researching and finding solutions for our customers. They are the key point of contact for the company, maintaining and strengthening our customer relationships through inventory. 

What you'll do

• Daily upkeep of claims and dealer returns.
• Corresponding with warehouse for restocking and handling credits back to Ford & GM Dealerships.
• Tracking damage claims from inbound Ford and GM shipments and processing for reimbursement from Ford and GM.
• Ford and GM claims processed and set up for return (RMA) back to shipper. 

Qualifications

• Pass a background check. 
• Valid Drivers License
• Previous working experience in customer service (Preferred)
• Team player
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Problem solver
• NetSuite experience a PLUS!
