Full-Time Warehouse Team Lead

The Role

We are seeking a proactive Warehouse Lead to support all aspects of our warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution activities. In this role, you’ll work alongside the team on day-to-day tasks while serving as the on-shift point person for coordination, accuracy, and safety. You’ll help maintain an organized warehouse, guide new team members, and communicate updates to our Operations Manager. As the company grows, you’ll also have the chance to share ideas for process improvements and help shape more efficient ways of working.


What You'll Do:

  • Receive, sort, and organize inventory with accuracy
    Assist the team in managing incoming and outgoing shipments
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse layout to keep things running smoothly
  • Help train and guide new associates on standard operating procedures
  • Be the on-site point person during your shift for team coordination and questions
  • Communicate delivery issues, delays, or other concerns to the HQ team
  • Coordinate with drivers for pickups and deliveries as needed
  • Double-check shipments, delivery photos, and labels for accuracy
  • Share ideas with the Operations Manager to make processes more efficient
  • Help ensure safety and hygiene standards are followed each shift
  • Suggest workflow improvements that could make the team’s job easier


Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
  • Experience coordinating with teams or training peers preferred
  • Familiarity with basic warehouse procedures, tools, and safety standards
  • Comfortable using warehouse apps or systems to log packages and track shipments (training provided)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately
  • Good communication skills for working with team members and drivers
  • Able to lift and move boxes (up to 30 lbs) and stay active throughout the shift

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A BS degree is preferred
  • Forklift Certified is preferred

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay Rate: $20.00/hr

Shift: Saturday-Wednesday 2pm-10pm
