We were founded in 2016 by our founder and CEO, Mick O’Dwyer. As a water & wastewater engineer at Dublin City Council (Ireland), Mick saw first hand how manual, paper-based and inefficient compliance programs can be. He created SwiftComply to fix this problem with modern, collaborative technology.

At SwiftComply, we believe great customer support isn’t just about fixing problems - it’s about creating great experiences for our customers! That’s why we’re looking for a dedicated, curious and thoughtful Customer Support Agent to join our team.
In this frontline role, you’ll be the first person our customers turn to for help - whether they need a hand navigating our platform, troubleshooting an issue, or just making the most of our services. You’ll work with our fantastic Support Team to ensure customer interactions are smooth and helpful. Plus, you’ll have a chance to share feedback and help us improve the way we support our customers.

This role carries an annual estimated compensation of between $40,000 and $45,000 USD, plus benefits listed below.
