The ideal candidate brings 5–7 years of B2B technology field marketing experience, preferably within cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS, and has a demonstrated track record of delivering revenue results through trade shows, executive events, and targeted regional campaigns.

This is a revenue-aligned marketing role with clear performance expectations, requiring an entrepreneurial marketer who pairs innovative thinking with disciplined execution to drive measurable pipeline and revenue growth.

What you'll do

  • Develop and execute quarterly and annual regional field marketing plans aligned to revenue targets.
  • Manage end-to-end event logistics, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, budget management, and on-site execution for field events and trade shows.
  • Create and manage event marketing materials, including invitations, promotional content, and post-event follow-up communications.
  • Own regional pipeline contribution goals (sourced and influenced) and report on performance against targets.
  • Allocate and manage budget based on ROI and pipeline impact.
  • Design and execute high-impact field programs, including industry trade shows, executive roundtables, partner activations, and targeted account-based experiences.
  • Drive measurable improvements in event-to-opportunity conversion rates.
  • Support enterprise sales cycles through strategic engagement programs tailored to priority accounts.
  • Collaborate with marketing and BDR teams to extend event reach and maximize engagement.
  • Establish clear pre-event planning and post-event follow-up processes with defined SLAs.
  • Ensure alignment across sales, BDRs, solution engineers, and marketing on program objectives and success metrics.
  • Lead closed-loop reporting to measure campaign effectiveness through the full marketing-to-sales funnel.
  • Own and manage the regional field marketing budget, including forecasting, allocation, and spend optimization aligned to pipeline and revenue targets.
  • Conduct post-event performance reviews to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key vendors, partners, and industry stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • 5–7+ years of field marketing experience in B2B technology; cybersecurity experience preferred.
  • Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles (6–12+ months).
  • Strong understanding of demand generation strategy and marketing-to-sales funnel dynamics.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage trade shows, field events, and account-based field programs.
  • Experience in CRM (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot), and ABM platforms (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase) is a plus.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong project management capabilities and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
