Clearance Requirement: Secret/Top Secret (SCI Eligible)
We are currently looking to fill the Compliance Analyst role. Responsibilities & other details are listed below:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide expertise on special projects advising senior management and law enforcement on foreign policy and national security implications of compliance investigations and enforcement.
- Manage registration of exporters, manufacturers, and brokers under ITAR Parts 122 and 129; develop and implement office policies addressing criminal violations, foreign ownership, and control.
- Manage administrative compliance cases, enforcement procedures, and investigations; prepare consent agreements and coordinate with federal agencies.
- Support operational needs of project staff and interpret/apply AECA/ITAR legislative and regulatory materials.
- Analyze trends related to registrations, brokering, manufacturing, exports, and other activities under U.S. export laws.
- Travel domestically and internationally as required.
ELIGIBILITY & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and over 7 years of government or industry experience in ITAR compliance or enforcement under AECA.
- Experience working with or within the U.S. Department of State is required or strongly preferred.
- Strong written/verbal communication and presentation skills; writing samples may be requested.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines and interact at all organizational levels.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and common office equipment.
- Must have at least a Secret clearance, with the ability to obtain Top Secret/SCI clearance.
