Clearance Requirement: Secret


We are currently looking to fill a Sr. Management Analyst role. Responsibilities & other details are listed below:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design, plan, and conduct analytical management studies on program policies, organizational structures, budgetary, operational, and administrative systems.
  • Provide consultation on legislative and administrative issues, program planning, fiscal management, and human resources.
  • Support management decision-making by recommending policies and promoting administrative improvements.
  • Prepare, monitor, track, and analyze statistics and budgetary information, including Emergency Board requests.
  • Coordinate cost allocations and implement reallocations as needed.
  • Research and complete special budget reports and projects as assigned.
  • Ensure follow-up on implementation of recommendations and communicate policies and procedures, providing training as necessary.
  • Manage logistics for plenaries, conferences, and seminars.
  • Draft, proofread, edit, and review official correspondence and documentation.
  • Oversee website updates and perform webmaster duties.
  • Execute SQL queries and maintain Access databases.
  • Maintain project timelines and provide IT documentation support, including researching and advising on information systems.
  • Manage security clearances and access lists.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, Project) and Microsoft SharePoint proficiently.

ELIGIBILITY & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Public Administration, or a closely related field OR four or more years of specialized technical or staff-level experience in management improvement studies (organizational analysis, systems and procedures analysis, records management, space utilization, work measurement, cost-benefit analysis, budget analysis, or related fields).
  • Minimum of three years of specialized experience performing management studies and analysis.
  • Eligible for or holding a Secret security clearance.
  • State Department experience preferred.
  • Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and working knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint.
  • Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and project management skills.
