Location: Air Force Research Lab, Rome NY (Onsite)
Swingtech is seeking a detail-oriented Program Analyst to support the Airforce Research Lab. The Program Analyst will provide day to day support to the Program Manager/Site Lead. The right candidate will have some financial knowledge, have strong MS office and PowerPoint skills, be able to work in a fast paced environment, be able to work autonomously as well as in a group.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Tracking financial information and deliverables, and project hours.
  • Must be able to track CAC's and clearances and keep up to date on status and deliverables.
  • Must be able to track Government Furnished Property as assigned and collected.
  • Will identify significant risks that impact program schedule, deliverables and milestones and report out as necessary. Will take mitigating action when off track.
  • Develop and provide program progress reports and briefing materials.
  • At the PM’s direction will plan, arrange and host meetings.
  • Will manage subcontracts.
  • Review and submit invoices.
  • Participate in strategic planning meetings.

Knowledge Skills & Abilities

  • Eight or more years of experience in project management
  • Strong organizational skills a must with strong attention to detail.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent listening skills, ability to take direction and complete assignments independently.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Technologically proficient, including e-mail, CRM, tablets, smartphones.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
