You excel at creating strategic partnerships with enterprise customers to optimize their growth through effective use of data. You will work closely with your technical counterpart, the Customer Success Engineer, to ensure a clear success plan and strategic alignment, supporting our customers in achieving their core business objectives. Your efforts will accelerate customer expansions and maintain industry-leading renewal rates. 

This key role reports to the CEO and is part of the Go-To-Market team. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about business and data, enjoys working with customers, thrives on driving business outcomes, and views challenges as opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain strong executive relationships with customers by understanding their business priorities and pain points.

  • Own the business review process by developing client scorecards to show high-level results and trends.

  • Develop and manage strategic account plans, establishing enterprise-wide relationships, identifying threats and opportunities, and enhancing Switchboard’s strategic role.

  • Create and maintain account health checks to grow client accounts and expand business each quarter.

  • Collaborate with the Customer Success Engineer Team Lead, Account Executives, and Leadership to execute account management strategies.

  • Act as an internal advocate for customers, educating internal teams on customer needs and feedback.

  • Participate in conferences or industry events as required.


You Will Be Successful If You

  • Have a background in AdTech or MarTech analytics

  • Possess a strong understanding of commercial and consultative sales processes

  • Have experience strategizing with Account Executives to expand existing accounts

  • Have a process-oriented mindset for solving large-scale problems

  • Can simplify complex topics and help others understand

  • Are excited about accelerating career progression by making a significant impact at a startup


Experience

  • 4-6 years managing Enterprise accounts and executive relationships at a SaaS, Data, IT consulting, or tech company required.

  • Domain experience in Media, Publishing, Martech, or Advertising is highly preferred.

  • Experience managing a customer project from design to launch.

  • Early-stage startup experience is preferred.
