Job Overview

 

As a Sr. Technical Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing advanced data products that empower pharmaceutical companies to make informed marketing decisions and change patients’ lives. We are the market leader in custom audiences, AI agents, and patient communities, and we need your expertise to expand and integrate our offerings.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

 

  • Innovate and Lead: Drive the ideation, development, and enhancement of advanced features for our data products, particularly focusing on custom audiences and product integration.
  • Performance Metrics and Analysis: Define and track key performance indicators to measure product success and inform future decisions.
  • Technical Proficiency: Understand and define technical requirements for a product, ensuring they align with the business goals. Additionally, assess the technical feasibility of proposed features and solutions, identifying potential challenges and risks early in the development process
  • Strategic Analysis: Analyze product outputs and conduct independent analysis using real-world and product data to inform the product roadmap and drive innovation.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure product success and minimize disruption.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a strategic partner across operations, marketing, and engineering teams to create value and identify opportunities for new products.
  • Dynamic Environment: Adapt quickly to a dynamic work environment, balancing immediate priorities with long-term strategic goals.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with the product team, marketing, sales, and engineering teams to ensure seamless product launches and continuous improvement.

 

Skills and Qualifications

 

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
  • Industry Experience: Preference to have worked for a healthcare data company or Advertisement Technology company
  • Technical Expertise: Minimum 3 years experience in a technical role with strong data analysis skills, including proficiency in SQL, Python or R. Ideal candidates will also have a minimum of 3 years in product management role.
  • Product Vision: Ability to communicate vision effectively and reduce friction through automation in product development.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Problem-Solving Passion: Obsessed with identifying problems and understanding the true causes to develop effective solutions.
  • Location Flexibility: While remote work is supported, the ideal candidate is based in the Northeast corridor of U.S. (Boston to New York).

The pay range for this role is:

160,000 - 195,000 USD per year (Remote - United States)
