POSITION OVERVIEW

Swoop is seeking a hands-on marketing campaign and webs specialist to manage day-to-day execution across key digital channels. This role focuses on email marketing, website management, and marketing operations that enable Swoop to reach and engage customers and prospects effectively.


You’ll take ownership of campaign execution in Pardot (including email programs and nurture tracks), manage and maintain website content via Wordpress, and support marketing operations—ensuring campaigns are deployed smoothly and deliver measurable results. You’ll collaborate closely with internal marketing stakeholders (content, product, events) and external partners, contributing to a seamless, insight-driven buyer journey across Swoop’s owned channels.


The ideal candidate combines strong executional chops in marketing automation and website management with a proactive mindset for improving operational efficiency and digital engagement.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Campaign Execution: Build and deploy marketing campaigns in Pardot, including forms, lists, segmentation, and automation programs; partner with our agency partners to further refine and optimize campaigns.
  • Email Marketing: Own email marketing initiatives—drafting, building, testing, and deploying newsletters, nurture streams, and event communications.
  • Website Management: Maintain and update website content using Wordpress; create and optimize landing pages for campaigns, events, and gated assets; coordinate with design resources as needed to evolve the site’s visual identity and UX.
  • Performance Marketing Support: Assist Swoop’s performance marketing initiatives with creative asset management and landing page building and optimization tied to paid campaigns.
  • Marketing Operations: Collaborate with Swoop’s broader customer analytics and Salesforce experts in partnership with external partners to support marketing operations workflows, including list management, database hygiene, and campaign performance tracking.
  • Data and Reporting: Support the growth marketing team as it tracks and reports on key marketing KPIs across email, web, and campaign performance.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of experience in a marketing role with a focus on campaign execution, email marketing, and website management.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (Pardot knowledge required).
  • Experience with website content management systems (Wordpress experience required, front-end development experience preferred).
  • Basic understanding of paid media and performance marketing principles.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with various teams and external partners.

The pay range for this role is:

90,000 - 110,000 USD per year (Remote)
