Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Growth Advisor to lead our sales and business development initiatives. This role will be instrumental in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in B2B sales, territory management, and lead generation, combined with strong marketing knowledge to drive business growth. This is a client-facing role requiring a strategic mindset, adaptability, and a passion for generating leads and referrals while ensuring that clients are well-supported by the internal team. The Advisor may occasionally check in with the marketing strategist and project manager to ensure smooth service delivery and may step into client calls when their presence is needed to resolve issues or solidify relationships.

What is the Business Growth Advisor Role?

As a Business Growth Advisor with Symposia Labs, you’ll leverage your network to introduce businesses to our proven marketing and growth services. This business development role is designed to generate significant income with minimal time commitment. You’ll earn $1,000 per month for every client you bring on board, with unique opportunities to diverse sectors and provide strategic coaching to business owners.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Development & Networking:

    • Leverage personal and professional networks to identify and introduce potential clients to Symposia Labs’ marketing and growth services.

    • Act as the primary point of contact for new business introductions, ensuring potential clients understand the value and scope of the services offered.

  2. Client Referral Management:

    • Serve as a trusted advisor to the clients referred, building initial rapport and ensuring a seamless handoff to the internal project and marketing teams.

    • Stay informed about the progress and satisfaction of referred clients through periodic check-ins with the marketing strategist and project manager.

  3. Client Advocacy & Issue Resolution:

    • Step into client meetings or calls when necessary, particularly if a relationship requires reinforcement or if any issues arise that need escalation.

    • Provide reassurance and guidance to clients to maintain trust and ensure satisfaction throughout their engagement with Symposia Labs.

  4. Collaboration with Internal Teams:

    • Communicate regularly with the marketing strategist, project manager, and other key team members to stay updated on project timelines and deliverables.

    • Ensure that any feedback or concerns received from clients are communicated to the appropriate internal teams in a timely and constructive manner.

  5. Tracking & Reporting:

    • Track referral outcomes and the status of introduced clients, ensuring a transparent process and supporting long-term client relationships.

    • Report regularly to senior management on referral progress and any client-related insights or challenges.
