The Client Experience Specialist will be responsible for providing day-to-day client order updates in a high-volume and fast-paced environment. This is a dynamic home-based role that will require the candidate to engage with all levels and departments of the business, from our sales team to finance. This individual will support order process completion and logistics. The ideal candidate will be someone who can thrive amid ambiguity, maintain composure in high-pressure situations, and pivot seamlessly between differing client order needs. They will communicate effectively and in a timely manner with both internal and external stakeholders and will bring efficiency and a positive mindset throughout their work. Responsibilities

  • Maintain strong customer and vendor relationships through regular communications
  • Support the order process, including:
    • Ensuring complete order documentation and recordkeeping are in place
    • Quoting, coordinating, and monitoring logistics and client updates
    • Assisting with post sales support client communications and organization
  • Work with manager on the day-to-day responsibilities of tasks and job workflows 
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication abilities 
  • To receive and provide cross department communications clearly 

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in a remote customer service position
  • Proficiency using Windows or Mac and Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, Gmail, and Meet 
  • Strong customer-focused mindset based on communication and satisfaction
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail, team player
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a high-volume environment 
  • Proactive mindset and ability to troubleshoot or escalate client concerns effectively 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with the wholesale hardware, services, and solutions sector
  • Hubspot Experience is a plus

Position Type/ Expected Work Hours

This is a full-time remote position. Hours of work will mainly be Monday through Friday standard business hours, but may require some allotments of time to manage functioning that involves international time zones.

Travel Requirements

This position requires the ability to travel within the United States and internationally, up to 30% of the time, based on business needs. Candidates must possess a valid passport from a country that allows travel to Canada without a visa,  and demonstrate the flexibility to accommodate occasional travel on short notice, including evenings or weekends, as needed. Familiarity with domestic and international travel processes is a plus.


Work Authorization

Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future employer-sponsored work authorization (e.g., H-1B, O-1, etc.).


Language Requirements

Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is required to effectively collaborate with team members and partners. This includes the ability to prepare detailed reports, deliver presentations, and engage in professional discussions.
