About the role
As a member of the T1D Exchange Quality Improvement team, you will join an innovative team of experts using big data and quality improvement methodology to advance diabetes care. In addition to impacting the lives of people living with diabetes, you will benefit from the national impact of your work, mentorship, and numerous publication opportunities.
What you'll do
o Support clinical teams using quality improvement (QI) tools and methodology
o Predict and identify barriers to project implementation, develop strategies to address them, and support completion.
o Establish strong working relationships with the teams to improve performance.
o Support product design and development working collaborative with development, data, and QI teams
o Support the use of platforms such as the QI Portal
o Facilitate QI meetings, and committee meetings with clinical teams
o Create and update QI performance dashboards and web pages.
o Analyze data and develop run/control charts to demonstrate improvement.
o Collaborate with clinical teams and drive health equity initiatives
o Assist in the planning and execution of annual Learning Session conferences
o Aid in publication process and dissemination of work
o Other duties as assigned
o Provide staff support for meetings, committees, special projects, and conferences
o Manage execution of assigned projects
o Develop project reports

The pay range for this role is:
55,000 - 65,000 USD per year (Remote - United States)
