As a Principal, you will serve as a senior individual contributor within the Data Science team at TalentNeuron (TN). You will lead complex research and data-driven projects and provide advanced analytical expertise supporting the TalentNeuron business intelligence platform. In this role, you will apply deep statistical and quantitative analysis skills to deliver actionable insights that inform business strategy and enhance our understanding of global labor markets. You will lead initiatives end-to-end, guide project execution, and mentor team members technically. TalentNeuron is part of the Big Data and advanced analytics revolution, delivering labor market insights from billions of historical data records across 120+ countries. The Principal will play a key role in ensuring analytical rigor, data integrity, and innovation in TN’s quantitative frameworks. 

What You Will Do

• Lead and execute complex analytical projects, ensuring delivery of high-quality, actionable insights. 
• Provide technical expertise and guidance on data research, modeling, and processing, serving as a subject matter expert. 
• Design, test, and operationalize advanced statistical models, data pipelines, and labor market indices. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Product, Data Engineering) to optimize data infrastructure and analytical frameworks. 
• Drive innovation through new analytical methods, ensuring rigor, scalability, and reproducibility in modeling approaches. 
• Own communication and presentation of actionable business insights to team members through charts, tables and other data visualization 

What You Will Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or a related quantitative discipline; master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred. 
• 5+ years of relevant industry experience. 
• Proven experience leading analytical projects independently and delivering high-quality insights in a complex data environment. 
• Proficiency in at least one of the following: Python or R; strong command of SQL for data manipulation.
