 As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a dynamic Finance Manager to strengthen our financial operations and support strategic growth 

Role Overview: 

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Manager to lead financial operations in India while supporting global finance initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong accounting foundations, international financial experience, and an analytical mindset to drive data-informed decision-making and maintain financial integrity across regions. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

Financial Management & Reporting 

  • Supports all aspects of financial planning, forecasting, and reporting for the Indian entity. 
  • Consolidate and analyze financial results across global regions, ensuring compliance with local and international accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, US GAAP, Ind AS). 
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, variance analyses, and executive dashboards. 

Accounting & Compliance 

  • Ensure accurate accounting in line with Ind AS and global standards (IFRS/US GAAP). 
  • Manage statutory audits, regulatory filings, and direct/indirect tax compliance. 
  • Strengthen internal financial controls and risk management procedures. 

Global Finance Collaboration 

  • Work with international finance teams on intercompany transactions, transfer pricing, and cross-border compliance. 
  • Assist in setting up finance processes for new markets or legal entities. 
  • Support function, system and reporting integration efforts for M&A entities.  

Strategic Analysis & Decision Support 

  • Deliver actionable insights through financial modeling, scenario analysis, and business case evaluations. 
  • Partner with business units to track KPIs and drive performance improvements. 

Process Optimization & Tech Enablement 

  • Lead process improvements leveraging automation and best-in-class tools. 
  • Contribute to ERP system upgrades or integrations (NetSuite). 
  • Support sales KPI reporting using SalesForce and NetSuite data. 
  • Support the build-out of dashboards using BI tools like Power BI or Tableau. 

 

What You Bring: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA/CA/CPA preferred). 
  • 6–10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles. 
  • Prior experience working in or with global companies and exposure to global finance functions. 
  • Strong understanding of Indian taxation, statutory requirements, and financial regulations and basic knowledge for Canada, US, UK and Germany. 
  • Expertise in Excel, financial modeling, and familiarity with ERP systems (preferably  NetSuite).

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global, matrixed environment. 
  • Adaptability to a dynamic, fast-paced setting. 

Preferred: 

  • Experience in a shared services or global finance operations model. 
  • Working knowledge of transfer pricing and international tax principles. 
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
