Who YOU Are:
As the National Portfolio Director, you will be responsible for building extraordinary relationships and partnerships with our national portfolio clients at the leadership level in our client’s organizations. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional, mutually beneficial partnership support, communication, negotiations, presentations and prospecting as well as act as a liaison between Trash Butler Field Teams and our client’s leadership teams. As National Portfolio Director you will showcase your ability to build mutually beneficial business relationships, present compelling presentations, develop thoughtful proposals, and ensure that our Brand Promise is being met across our entire portfolio as you grow our National MSA presence. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Use method driven approaches and processes to drive results through our partnerships
  • Coordinate the management of ongoing relationships with existing partners and where relevant, leverage those relationships to greater collective impact
  • Act as a liaison to the leadership teams in the relationship management category to support our partners by supplying industry leading Customer Service to ensure satisfaction of existing clients at Trash Butler
  • Develop systems and procedures in collaboration with the VP of National Accounts and VP Business Development Team to support the identification, engagement, and development of strategic partnerships to expand our national footprint
  • Represent Trash Butler by attending some industry Trade Shows, especially National Shows
  • Analyze and report on partner initiatives and KPIs
  • Forecast for strategic changes and report on key metrics to Senior Leadership
  • Build Rapport with clients to ensure that Trash Butler standards are consistently being met
  • Be the lead communication conduit between National Partners and our Field sales team to build connections and rapport across territories within Trash Butler by facilitation these relationships
  • Take ownership in updating contact details, decks, agenda etc as needed to prepare for client meetings and ensure field sales teams have the most accurate info available 
  • Ability to travel nationwide to develop the MSA pipeline while maintaining strong personal accountability to budgets
  • Willingness to travel with a Regional Director to develop MSA partnership locally if needed 
  • Willingness to attend partnership QBRs and other meetings as requested
  • Strong negotiation skills, organization and detail-oriented 
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including some nights and weekends, to meet the needs of our clients
  • Additional duties as assigned

REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 7 years of territory sales experience and/or Business Development related experience
  • Experience in the Multi-Family industry preferred
  • Proven ability to manage strategic partnerships that have led to increase revenue and contracts
  • Proven ability to negotiate and work with high level executives
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated experience in successfully expanding and cultivating existing partnerships 
  • Strong relationship building skills and an entrepreneurial approach that leverages further opportunities
  • Excellent leadership, teamwork, and communication skills, both written and oral 
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision

Benefits: 
Full Medical Benefits eligibility 1st day of month following first 30 days
Paid Time Off (PTO) eligibility 1st day of month following first 90 days
401k eligibility after 1 year of employment and 1000 hours worked

Compensation: $85- $100k plus commission program
